Question: Have you ever had any days where you didn't have much to do to find out about something

There are some days where things go really well and spending just a little bit of time in the lab gives us lots of results that are exciting and point us in the direction of something important. Other days nothing goes right at all and you can spend hours fighting to make things work. On days like that its just best to give up, have a cuppa, chat to friends and come back to the lab fresh on another day.
